Burrito Bowl For Two


  • 1 ½ cups cooked Cap Udang Siam Special rice
  • 2 cooked and sliced chicken breasts
  • 1 cup beans
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup Pico de Gallo
  • 1 cup vegetables such as lettuce and cilantro
  • 1-2 tablespoons per bowl sour cream or guacamole
  • Sliced Avocados (Optional)
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (Optional)
  • Tortilla chips (Optional)


1. Start with placing cooked rice on the bottom of the bowl.

2. Layer the chicken and other ingredients based on your preference on top of the rice.

3. Serve with your sour cream or guacamole on the side or as part of the bowl itself.

4. Now it’s time to dig in!
