10 Jun Chicken & Rice Patties
INGREDIENTS :
- 3 cups cooked Cap Udang Siam Spesial rice
- 3 cups chicken breast roughly chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 egg, beaten
- 3 teaspoon minced garlic
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ¾ teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
- ¾ teaspoon ground black pepper, or more to taste
- ¾ teaspoon chopped fresh parsley, or to taste (optional)
- 3 pinch onion powder, or to taste (optional)
- 3 tablespoon vegetable oil, or more to taste
HOW TO:
1. Mix all ingredients by hand in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 mins.
2. Form rice mixture into small patties.

4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry patties in hot oil until lightly browned.
5. Serve with a side of your fav sauce!
