Chicken & Rice Patties


  • 3 cups cooked Cap Udang Siam Spesial rice
  • 3 cups chicken breast roughly chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 egg, beaten
  • 3 teaspoon minced garlic
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ¾ teaspoon ground black pepper, or more to taste
  • ¾ teaspoon chopped fresh parsley, or to taste (optional)
  • 3 pinch onion powder, or to taste (optional)
  • 3 tablespoon vegetable oil, or more to taste


1. Mix all ingredients by hand in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 mins.

2. Form rice mixture into small patties.

4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry patties in hot oil until lightly browned.

5. Serve with a side of your fav sauce!
